On Tuesday, 15 September, the Ámbito Cultural Hall of El Corte Inglés Alicante will host the closing session of the workshop “Antropología de la vida cotidiana, costumbres y hábitos para el siglo XXI”.
This final talk will be led by Bernardo Herrerías Valdés, who will share key insights on how to improve quality of life from the stage of maturity onwards. A clear, practical and engaging session designed to offer tools, reflections and habits that make everyday wellbeing easier and more conscious.
