Synopsis

Charles Strickland is a married stockbroker with two children, whose family life appears to be free of any conflict. However, one day his wife discovers a note in which her husband announces that he has left her and gone to Paris for good.

While everyone assumes that he has run away with another woman, Geoffrey Wolfe, a writer who has recently befriended the Strickland family, discovers that the reason for his departure is quite different and stems from an unexpected passion.

A story of passion and artistic vocation, inspired by the life of the controversial painter Paul Gauguin. Don't miss this date with cinema!
