On Thursday, February 19th, at 7:00 PM, in the Ámbito Cultural room of El Corte Inglés Pintor Sorolla-Colón, the book 'Soltera, no sola' (Single, Not Alone) written by Valencian psychologist Claudia Sabater, will be presented.
'Soltera, no sola' is a humorous and moving account of healing and personal growth. It's an exercise in reflection and self-discovery where the author advocates for women's empowerment in the face of the challenges inherent in romantic relationships.
Committed to emotional well-being, Claudia Sabater holds a Master's degree in General Health Psychology and specializes in Couples Therapy and Family Mediation. She has worked as a psychologist for many years, supporting people in their personal growth.
