In the penultimate #LdeLírica of our season, we will welcome Lara López, who combines literary creation with directing and hosting Músicas Posibles on RNE Audio and Derivas on Radio Clásica. She has published more than a dozen books of poetry, fiction, and essays, including Óxido, Insectos, Derivas, and, just a month ago, Retrogradaciones (2026), a poetic exploration of lived experience through love, loss, memory, and identity.

About Lara López
Writer and Master in Theoretical and Practical Philosophy. Since 1996, she has hosted Músicas Posibles, currently broadcast on Saturdays on Radio Nacional, where she is also part of the writing team of the legendary Documentos RNE. On Radio Clásica, she directs and presents Derivas, a space dedicated to music and thought.
From 2008 to 2012, she was the director of Radio 3, a station where she has directed and presented programs since 1987. That same year she began her long-standing relationship with RTVE, leading musical, cultural, and news programs.
She has published the short novel Óxido (Xordica, 2004) and the poetry books Insectos (Papeles Mínimos, 2017), Derivas (Prensas Universitarias de Zaragoza, 2020), and Antología de bolsillo (Ediciones Liliputienses, 2021). In 2023, together with poet José Miguel Gómez Acosta and photographer Marit Schmeling, she published Medusas. She has contributed to anthologies such as La casa del poeta (Trampa) and Granada es una ciudad de miradores (Márgenes Arquitectura), and is a regular presence at poetry festivals including Centrifugados, Expoesía, (im)Prescindibles, Vociferio, Voix Vives, among others. She is an Honorary Collaborator of the Department of Musicology at the Faculty of Geography and History of the Complutense University of Madrid, and teaches in the Poetry Master’s Program at the Escuela de Escritores and in the Master’s in Music Industries at UC3M.
Poet and director of La Piscifactoría, Gonzalo Escarpa, will talk with her about her career, her poetic keys, and… will invite her to recite for everyone attending.
