About Miguel Zorita

Miguel Zorita Bayón (1985), born in Madrid, holds a degree in Fine Arts and works as a painter, illustrator, writer, and contributor to various media outlets. He is a writer and columnist for ElPlural.com, where he publishes a weekly column on historical anecdotes titled Back to the Future. He has published several books, including Curious Philosophy.

As a content creator, in addition to his blog, lectures, and appearances on TV and documentaries, he runs his own YouTube channel, Zorituras, where he creates content on historical painting techniques and cultural routes around Madrid, such as the documentary series Knowing Madrid.

As a visual artist, he works continuously in painting, sculpture, and illustration. He has exhibited his work nationally and internationally, and has also worked as an archaeological illustrator at the Caraca site (Driebes, Guadalajara).
