To commemorate Celiac Disease Day, celebrated on May 16, El Corte Inglés Vigo is organizing a talk on the production of gluten-free products and proper label reading.
The talk, which will take place on May 21 at 7:00 p.m. in the restaurant on the seventh floor, will be led by Nuria Colmenero, head of the Restaurant and Food Safety Department of the Galician Celiac Association.
