Food Hall: Le Bistroman: Le Bistroman

Gourmet Experience

Offering a welcoming, informal interior design (the work of the Cuarto Interior studio), open all day and a versatile menu that means that you can have breakfast or your  first evening drinks here. In Marbella, Le Bistroman recreates the magic of an authentic French bistro. Its menu includes oysters, snails, mussels, several pates and quiches to share or to snack on between meals, traditional French dishes – such as sole meunière, steak tartar or croque monsieur and its classic off-menu dish of the day, in addition to a section for sushi, sashimi and nigiri, in homage to the experience of the chef of the establishment, Miguel Ángel García Marinelli who is director of the Asian restaurants, Tse Yang, Cafe Saigon and Tse Yan Dim Sum Club. Its menu is rounded off by croissants and eggs Benedict, which are the stars at breakfast time, waffles and crepes at brunch and a 100% French wine list (including Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne and others lesser-known wines) many of which are available by the glass.
