El Corte Inglés Málaga hosts, on Tuesday 7 July at 19:00 hours, the third screening of the More Classic Comedy! cycle with the film Luna Nueva (His Girl Friday, 1940), starring Cary Grant, Rosalind Russell and Ralph Bellamy.
Directed by Howard Hawks, with music by Morris Stoloff, cinematography by Joseph Walker, and a running time of 92 minutes.
Hildy Johnson, the best reporter at the Morning Post, announces that she is leaving journalism to get married and start a family. But Walter Burns, the paper’s editor and Hildy’s ex‑husband, refuses to accept it and resorts to every trick he can to keep her in the newsroom.
