If you have permanent residence in a non-EU country you can claim a refund of the VAT (Value Added Tax) paid on your purchases at our Department Stores. The total amount of your purchases must be greater than 61,5€ (tax included) per invoice.
When you have made your purchase, proceed to the International Desk on Floor 0 in Lisbon (Serviço de Apoio ao Cliente – Customer Service – on Floor -1 in Gaia), in order to request your Tax Refund form.
